# What licences does AX have?

Architect Bermuda Ltd has been **issued** the following **licences** in connection to the operation of AX:

1. **Class F Digital Asset Business Licence ("Class F Licence")**\
   Under the *Digital Assets Business Act, 1981 (as amended)* ("DABA") from the **Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA)**.

2. **Investment Business Act Licence ("IBA Licence")**\
   Under the *Investment Business Act, 2003 (as amended)* to engage in investment activities from a Bermuda-based business location.
